Clad was founded by Charlie Adam — a software engineer with a years of experience building web platforms in both professional settings and small businesses.
The idea came from a pattern: small business owners — tradies, cafe owners, local service providers — paying thousands for sites that took months, or spending their weekends fighting template builders when they should have been running the business.
Every site is built from scratch. Not assembled from a template. And a person reviews every build before it reaches you.
It’s a one-person operation. That means direct access to the person who built the platform. If something isn’t right, you’re not filing a ticket into the void — you’re talking to the founder.
